Here is the schedule for Sri Lanka’s matches in the cricket event at the 2026 Asian Games.

Four more countries qualified today for the quarter-finals of the men’s cricket tournament at the Asian Games.
Based on the results of the preliminary round matches, Nepal and Afghanistan (from Group A), along with Malaysia and Hong Kong (from Group B), have secured their spots in the quarter-finals.
Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh had already secured direct entry into the quarter-finals.
Consequently, Sri Lanka will face Nepal in the quarter-final match.
This will mark the first time Sri Lanka plays an international T20 match against Nepal.
A match between Sri Lanka and Nepal was previously scheduled for the 2024 T20 World Cup, but it was abandoned due to rain. The match between Sri Lanka and Nepal is scheduled to begin at 5:30 AM (local time) on the 29th.
The first quarter-final match will be played between Pakistan and Hong Kong, while the second quarter-final will take place between India and Afghanistan. The fourth quarter-final will be contested between Bangladesh and Malaysia.
