The 2026 Lanka Premier League T20 cricket tournament will begin today.
It will be held at the SSC Stadium in Colombo.
This tournament, which will be held for the 6th time, will include 5 teams.
Jaffna Kings, Galle Gallants, Kandy Royals, Dambulla Sixer and Colombo Kaps are the teams.
This tournament will be held at the Colombo SSC, R. Premadasa, Pallekele and Rangiri Dambulla stadiums.
Out of the 5 tournaments held so far, Jaffna has won 4 and Dambulla has won one.
The first match between Jaffna Kings and Galle Titans is scheduled to start today (17) at 7:30 pm.
