Former Indian fast bowler Zaheer Khan appointed as the new Head Coach of Chennai Super Kings

CSK is embarking on a new chapter of leadership for the IPL 2027 season by appointing Zaheer Khan as Head Coach, replacing Stephen Fleming, who had been with the team for a long time.
Following the conclusion of the nearly 18-year-long association between Fleming and CSK, there had been significant focus on the selection of a new head coach for the team.
Zaheer Khan has represented India in 92 Test matches, 200 ODIs, and 17 T20Is, and was also the highest wicket-taker for India during the 2011 World Cup.
CSK has officially announced Zaheer Khan’s appointment as the new Head Coach via social media.
