Sri Lankan fast bowler Matheesha Pathirana is reportedly set to take up the red ball again tomorrow.
Matheesha is scheduled to play for the NCC team in the ongoing Under-23 Two-Day Tournament.
Matheesha is set to play with the red ball again in the backdrop of former Sri Lankan fast bowler Lasith Malinga’s recent statement that Matheesha Pathirana should play Test matches.
Matheesha Pathirana has so far played 2 first-class matches and has taken 5 wickets. Matheesha last played a first-class match in 2022.
