The inclusion of Keshara Nuwantha, a talented cricketer who has not yet won an international Test match and who has gifted Sri Lankan cricket from St. Servatius College, Matara, in the national team has caught everyone’s attention.
Keshara Nuwantha performed brilliantly for Sri Lanka A in the match against India A held in Galle last month, taking 5 wickets for 159 runs.
He also confirmed his talent by taking 3 wickets in the practice match held against India in Colombo.
The 25-year-old Keshara Nuwantha has so far played 15 first-class matches, taking 64 wickets, a statistic that clearly shows his bowling ability.
