Nitasha Tharushadi of the University of Colombo wins bronze medal at the South Asian Karate Championship.

The 10th South Asian Karate Championship is currently being held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Representing Sri Lanka, Nitasha Tharushadi won the bronze medal in the -55KG weight category single kumite event. She is currently a first-year student at the Faculty of Management of the University of Colombo.
