Serbia’s Novak Djokovic has won the men’s singles title at the China Open tennis tournament.
He secured the victory after his opponent, Australia’s Alex de Minaur, withdrew from the match due to an injury during the second set of the final held today in Beijing.
Djokovic had won the first set 7-6.
The 39-year-old Djokovic has currently won 24 Grand Slam titles.
This marks his 102nd tennis title victory, placing him behind only Jimmy Connors and Roger Federer in the all-time rankings.
