Thailand Rowing / Keyak / Erg / Sup Sprint Race -2024, was organised by the Phasook Water Sports Club, Phuthamonthon, Thailand. The duration of the event was 14th-15th December 2024, and approximately 125-130 athletes representing Rowing Clubs and schools in Pakistan, China, U.A.E, India, Malasiya, Thailand, Hongkong, China and Sri Lanka, took part on this event.

The Sri Lankan Team consisted of 18 girls and 8 boys from Vishakha Vidyalaya, Wesley College and Gateway International School.
The Team participated in Single Scull and Double Scull races in water, and individual and Pair races on Erg Machines.
They participated under the following age categories.
Under 13 Boys and Girls
Under 16 Boys and Girls
Under 19 Boys and Girls
Under 23 Boys and Girls
And open Wonen.
- Achivements
All the team members took part in the event with high enthusiasm and expectations, but faced challenge from the athletes from U.A.E, Pakistan, Malasiya and China.

The Girls team secured
Gold Medals – 16
Siver Medals- 10
Bronze Medals-10.
The Boys Team secured
Gold Medals – 4
Siver Medals- 6
Bronze Medals-1
A Junior Men’s and a Junior women’s athlete won a gold in Keyak Event each.

Overall, this is a very small event, but the experiences that the athletes got by being exposed to International conditions will make them face challenge with much better confidence and motivation in this sport,
and will probably mark their motherland on the global map in Rowing.
