Julian Weber wins javelin gold at 2026 European Athletics Championships

Germany’s Julian Weber won the men’s javelin gold at the 2026 European Athletics Championships.
Julian Weber’s throw was 90.40 meters.
It was the second-best time recorded in the men’s javelin this year.
Earlier this year, Sri Lanka’s Rumesh Tharanga threw 92.62 meters.
Weber’s throw was the best time ever by an athlete in the event at the European Athletics Championships.
