The IFBB Asian Bodybuilding Championships were held in Ajman, United Arab Emirates from June 14th to 18th.
At the event, Nandun Udaya Kumara won the gold medal in the Men’s FIT Bodybuilding event over 170 cm.
He also won a bronze medal in the Men’s Classic Bodybuilding event over 175 cm.
With these achievements, Sri Lanka’s Nandun Udaya Kumara was crowned the overall champion in the men’s bodybuilding event at this year’s championship.
