Sri Lankan table tennis player Senura Silva has qualified for the World Table Tennis Championships, scheduled to be held in Kazakhstan next year.
He earned this qualification through his impressive performance while representing the Sri Lankan men’s team at the Asian Table Tennis Championships held in Uzbekistan.
He won the National Table Tennis Championship title in 2020.
Currently, Senura is based in the United States, where he is undergoing training and participating in various competitions.
Senura’s father is former National Table Tennis Champion Indika Prasad, and his mother is former National Champion Deepika Rodrigo.
