Ruwanwella Rajasinghe Central College has secured the championship in the Under-20 Girls’ Beach Volleyball tournament at the 2026 All-Island School Games. Demonstrating exceptional skill throughout the tournament, the Rajasinghe College players achieved this prestigious victory, bringing great honor to their school.
In a fiercely contested final, Rajasinghe Central College defeated Hungama Vijayaba College with a score of 3 sets to 1. A standout feature of their performance was their ability to manage the pressure and secure the win within four sets, despite facing a formidable challenge from Hungama Vijayaba College. Adding further significance to this victory, Pabalusha Sathsarani of Ruwanwella Rajasinghe Central College was named the Most Outstanding Beach Volleyball Player in the girls’ category of the tournament.
