Supun Somathilaka finishes fourth in the men’s 60kg weightlifting event at the 2026 Commonwealth Games

Sri Lanka’s Supun Somathilaka finished fourth in the men’s 60kg weightlifting event at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.
He lifted 109kg in the snatch and 135kg in the clean and jerk.
His total lift was 224kg.
Malaysia’s Mohamed Anik Kasdan won the gold medal in the event.
That included lifting 121 kilograms in the snatch and 149 kilograms in the clean and jerk, for a total weight of 270 kilograms.
