Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage summoned representatives of the National Olympic Committee member associations to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports today (20) to inquire about the current crisis in the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka.
Speaking at the meeting, the Minister stated that based on the issues discussed, urgent intervention should be taken to find a quick solution to the current crisis facing the National Olympic Committee.
Deputy Sports Minister Sugath Thilakaratne and Deputy Youth Affairs Minister Eranga Gunasekara participated in this discussion.
