• Ashen Bandara has joined the Colombo Kaps squad as a replacement for Kusal Mendis, who has been ruled out of the remainder of the tournament due to injury.
• Hasan Mahmud has left the squad to return to Bangladesh for national duty. In his place, fellow Bangladeshi Ripon Mondol has joined the Colombo Kaps squad.
Jaffna Kings
• Taskin Ahmed will not be travelling to Sri Lanka as he has been called up for national duty with Bangladesh.
• The Jaffna Kings have named Tawhid Hridoy as his replacement. Hridoy has already joined the squad.
Kandy Royals
• The Kandy Royals have signed Kavija Gamage as a replacement for Vishen Halambage, who was ruled out of the remainder of the tournament due to injury.
Dambulla Sixers
• Fazalhaq Farooqi of Afghanistan has been called up for national duty. In his place, the Dambulla Sixers have signed Sikandar Raza of Zimbabwe as his replacement.
