Sri Lankan athletes shines at the 17th FASA World Para Athletics Grand Prix

Sri Lanka’s Saman Subhasinghe won a silver medal at the 17th FASA World Para Athletics Grand Prix.
That was in the T47 men’s 400m race.
He finished the race in a time of 50.86 seconds.
The tournament is being held in Dubai.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka was awarded a gold medal by Janani Dhananjana at the Dubai Para Athletics Grand Prix.
That was in the women’s 100m final (T46/47) of the same tournament.

Meanwhile, athlete Janani won the women’s T47 long jump gold medal with a jump of 5.25 meters today.
