Nirash Perera, a talented young footballer living in Italy who carries his Sri Lankan heritage in his veins, has successfully earned a place in the first team squad of the renowned Italian football club, AC Milan—a true giant in the history of world football!
What makes this particularly noteworthy is that both of Nirash’s parents are Sri Lankan. For someone with roots in our nation to reach such an elite level in the international sporting arena is a source of immense pride and honor for all of Sri Lanka.
