Spain has become the first men’s team in international football to remain unbeaten for 41 consecutive matches, setting a new record. Young player Lamine Yamal has been a key driving force behind this remarkable run of success.
He has made history as the only player to score a goal within the first 10 minutes of three consecutive matches in the Nations League tournament. Yamal managed to score early against England (2nd minute), Croatia (2nd minute), and the Czech Republic (6th minute), stunning the opposition right at the start of the games.
His performance over the last nine matches clearly demonstrates the extent of his talent. He recorded two goals each against Rayo Vallecano, Valencia, and Levante; a goal and two assists each in matches against Feyenoord and Racing Santander; and two assists against Sevilla; while for the national team, he managed to score a goal each against England and the Czech Republic, and register two goals and an assist against Croatia.
