Wesley College, fresh after a hard-fought 27-20 victory over DS Senanayake College in the quarter finals, now face an even greater challenge. St. Peter’s, led by their powerful number eight, Dulaj Nawodya, has been leading throughout the season. The Peterites boast a formidable forward pack, with flanker Aiden Fernando and Vice-captain Ranindu Rithmal being key players. However, their real strength lies in their back division, which has been a terrifying for opposing defences.

The halfves pairing of Sajith Gallage and Raul Peter has shown excellent coordination throughout the season. Meanwhile, centres Yumeth Shihara and Emith Jayaweera have recurrently breached opposing defences. On the wing, Vishenka Silva has been a standout performer, with over 15 tries this season. His powerful runs down the flank have produced havoc among opponents.

Wesley College, captained by flanker Shem Mendis, will need to play their best rugby to stand a chance. In the backline, fly half Kaizer Lye and centre Dillon de Silva have been consistent performers, while wingers Ashen Emmanuel and Kavisha Dilhara have stood out with their speed and agility. Fullback Abdul Haadhi has been reliable in defense, with his safe handling and accurate kicks to touch, as well as his exact place-kicking.
