The Sri Lanka–France Business Council (SLFBC) , in corporation with the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTPB) , declared that French rugby celebrity Serge Betsen will tour Sri Lanka for five days in November 2025.
The program will feature tourism promotion events, rugby coaching camps for youth, and cultural exchanges blending French sport and fashion, intended at boosting tourism and strengthening Sri Lanka–France relations.
