St’Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia underlined their class when they gained the Cup Championship of the Under-14 All Island Elite Ten-A-Side Rugby Tournament 2024, defeat Science College 12-5 in the Cup final at the Sugathadasa Stadium on Sunday (10).
The Thomians had co-skippers Tehan Dammage and Yokitha Perera, while they were coached by Viranjaya Silva and Oshada Weerasekera.
Zahira beat St. Peter’s 14-5 to secure the Plate, while the Bowl was determined by Isipathana, defeating 2022 and 2023 champions Wesley 17-5.
Trinity had to be gratified with the Shield victory, beating Vidyartha 24-0
