Sri Lanka’s Nuwan Indika and Pradeep Somasiri to compete in the 2026 Australian National Athletics Championships.

The 2026 Australian Athletics Championships, a Silver Level athletics competition, will be held at the Park Stadium in Sydney from 9 to 12 April. Representing Sri Lanka’s para division, Nuwan Indika will compete in the T44 long jump and 100m event, and Pradeep Somasiri will compete in the T46 1500m event. The long jump event, which Nuwan Indika will compete in, will start at 5.30pm local time on 9 April. The 1500m event, which will feature Pradeep Somasiri, will start at 8.05pm local time on April 10. The 100m event, which will feature Nuwan Indika, will start at 4.55pm local time on April 11.
