Sri Lankan track and field athletes will have the chance to contest in 19 international athletics events in 2026, according to the newly released International Athletics Calendar issued by World Athletics (formerly IAAF).

These events, scheduled across Asia, Europe and other regions, deliver Sri Lankan athletes with valuable experience and qualification prospects ahead of major global competitions.
