Sri Lanka A will take off to Darwin, Australia in July to play a 5-match series against Australia A, together with 3 one-dayers and two 4-day first-class games.

The series, which runs from 4 to 23 July, will mark the coming back of first-class cricket to the Northern Territory for the first time since 2006. All matches will be played at the Marrara Cricket Ground and Marrara Stadium.

Cricket Australia officials stated the series provides vital development for emerging talent, with added significance ahead of the 2025-26 international season and the upcoming Ashes summer.

The full schedule is as follows:

  • July 4: 1st ODI (D/N), Marrara Cricket Ground
  • July 6: 2nd ODI, Marrara Cricket Ground
  • July 9: 3rd ODI, Marrara Cricket Ground
  • July 13–16: 1st First-Class Match, Marrara Stadium
  • July 20–23: 2nd First-Class Match, Marrara Cricket Ground
