Pasgammana Nawa Nilmini Elle Team emerged champions of the Bandu Samaranayake Birthday Tournament organized by Baduragoda Gemunu under the patronage of Dr. Akhil Rajapaksa.
In the first match, Wellamipitiya Ranakami scored 13 runs and Nawa Nilmini scored 14 runs for 11 runs.
In the final match, the hosts Baduragoda Gemunu scored 3 runs in 25 balls while the Nawa Nilmini team scored 5 runs in 16 balls.
The highest score in this tournament was scored by Sameera Rangana (Nawa Nilmini)
