Even though Pakistan have declared that they will boycott the game against India, Suryakumar and his men still have to travel to Sri Lanka.
According to the rules of ICC, Team India has to travel to Sri Lanka, be present the practice session and press conference. After that they have to go on to the field and wait for the match referee to announce that Pakistan have lost the game.
