Adheesha Dissanayake of Gateway College has continued his winning streak by winning the Junior National Scrabble Championship Under-20 title.
His teammate Ilham Irshad was placed third and Imad Irshad was placed seventh. The third of the Irshad brothers, Inam won the Best Players Award for Under-12 and was placed fourth in the Under-15 division. Meanwhile, Tharun Priyadharshan also qualified to play for the final round.
