Lahore Qalandars defeated Karachi Kings by six wickets in the second match of the final round of the Pakistan Super League (Eliminator) tournament.

Accordingly, Lahore qualified for the third match of the final round (Qualifier 2).

In this match held at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Karachi Kings won the toss and batted first, scoring 190 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.

David Warner, the highest scorer of the innings, scored 72 runs in 52 balls while Kushdil Shah scored 27 (14) runs unbeaten.
Harris Rauf took 3 wickets for 35 runs.

Chasing a target of 191 runs, Lahore Qalanders reached the target with 2 balls remaining in the 19th over.

Abdullah Shafiq scored 65 (35) runs in a brilliant innings. Fakhar Zaman scored 47 (28). Kusal Perara was dismissed for 30 (24) runs, while Bhanuka Rajapaksa scored 23 runs in 12 balls to take the team to victory.

One team (Quetta Gladiators) has already qualified for the finals of this year’s PSL tournament, and the Qualifier 2 match to determine the other team that will compete with them is scheduled to be held tonight at 8:00 PM at the Gaddafi Stadium between Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars.
