The 13th Defence Services Badminton Tournament was lead from 14-18 May at the Parakrama Samaraweera Memorial Indoor Sports Complex, Sri Lanka Navy Gemunu, Welisara. The Sri Lanka Air Force Men\u2019s team tenable the championship and the women\u2019s team secured the runners-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the first time in the history of defence services badminton, the SLAF Men\u2019s Badminton Team were able to protected both the Open Men\u2019s Singles And Doubles Championships, along with the Men\u2019s Team Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award ceremony was embellished by the Director General of Budget and Finance, Rear Admiral Manjula Dissanayake, as the chief guest. The event was be present by many officials representing the three armed forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
