The coveted Deepam Trophy will be awarded to the overall Men\u2019s category winners while the Adyar Trophy will go to the Women\u2019s champions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of the regatta, the Boat Race Trophy, will be presented to the winners of the Men\u2019s senior fours.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, the CRC won significantly by winning the Men\u2019s overall category and fortifying the Deepam Trophy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They also triumphed in The Boat Race Trophy with an impressive points tally of 34-16. The Madras Boat Club, however, claimed victory in the Women\u2019s category.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, The Regatta was hosted at the Madras Boat Club in Chennai. This year promises to be an exciting and closely contested event.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Madras Boat Club and the CRC participants will showcase their rowing prowess. The event will draw a large audience, including dignitaries, sports enthusiasts, and club members.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CRC will have the Indian CEO\u2019s Forum, Lanka IOC and Powertech Cement as the Principal Sponsors for the second consecutive year.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sponsorship and provision from esteemed organisations enhance the regatta\u2019s profile and provide a platform for promoting sportsmanship and fostering stronger ties between Sri Lanka and India.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Founded in 1864, the CRC is one of the oldest clubs in Sri Lanka.
