The students who showed excellent performance in the 15th Sri Lanka University Sports Championship of the year 2025 were recognized here. More than 400 color winners of the University of Colombo participated in this occasion and the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Colombo, Professor Indika Mahesh Karunathilaka, was present as the chief guest and Dr. Rajiv Nirmalasinghe was present as the special guest. Here, Himsara Randeniya and Michelle Ketagoda won the awards as the best sportsman of the year at the University of Colombo, while Pasidu Malawana and Devmini Weerasinghe won the awards as the player who received the scholarship, a special award given only once in the university&#8217;s life.
