The International Cricket Council announced the warm-up match schedule for the 2026 T20 World Cup today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accordingly, the warm-up matches for the tournament, which is scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka and India from February 7, are scheduled to be held from today to the 6th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ICC stated that 16 matches are scheduled to be held in 4 cities under the warm-up matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Accordingly, warm-up matches are scheduled to be held in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai as well as in Colombo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ICC said that warm-up matches will be held at the Colombo SSC Stadium, the Colombo Cricket Club Stadium and the R. Premadasa Stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is noteworthy that Sri Lanka did not play any matches under the warm-up matches. Only Sri Lanka \u201cA\u201d team is scheduled to play a practice match against Oman tomorrow. Sri Lanka may not get practice matches due to the ongoing T20 International between Sri Lanka and England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
