As a result, plans are underway to utilize the sports complexes of the Department of Sports Development to technically enhance the talents of emerging athletes and facilitate their daily training activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bTo ensure these complexes are used productively and provide a wider service, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports to establish a five-member Volunteer Management Board for each sports complex. These boards will oversee the streamlining of administration, development, maintenance, and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bAccordingly, the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports will appoint five members from among local intellectuals, community leaders, or individuals who contribute to social and sports development. One member will be designated as the Chairman, while the Officer-in-Charge appointed by the Department of Sports Development will serve as the Secretary of the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe tenure of the board will be three years.
