The Indian Champions have decided to refuse to play the Pakistan Champions in the semi-final of the World Championship of Legends tournament.

This is due to the political crisis between India and Pakistan.

The match was scheduled to be held in Birmingham on Thursday, but with India withdrawing from the match, the Pakistan Champions won the match undefeated. Accordingly, Pakistan qualified for the final.

The Pakistan Champions are scheduled to play the winner of the second semi-final between the Australian Champions and the South African Champions in the final.

The Indian Champions team, which consisted of players like Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Piyush Chawla, Yusuf Pathan, Robin Uthapa, etc., had also refused to play in the preliminary round match against the Pakistan Champions team that was scheduled to be held on July 20.

At that time, the points were equally divided between the two teams. The Pakistan Champions team managed to lead the points table with 9 points in the preliminary stage. The Indian Champions team finished fourth with three points.

Accordingly, the two teams qualified for the first semi-final, but with the Indian team exiting the semi-final, the Pakistan Champions team qualified for the final based on Pakistan winning the first place in the points table.

The match organizers have now announced that they will provide a 50% refund to spectators who purchased tickets for the semi-final.
