Three Sri Lankan junior players, two girls and one boy, found their feet in the second round match of the ATF Under-14 tennis tournament at the SLTA tennis courts at Greenpath, Colombo recently.

In the girls group Kavya Banagala and Satuli Mutugama gained their matches beside compatriots Manuli Seneviratne and Thishya Banagala. 

The Indian girls too had triumph with two of their players Haritshwari Chinnakavanam and Wazooha Khan winning against two Sri Lankan girls.

In the boys’ category the sole champion was Nuren Wevita who beaten Titus Mirto of Finland. 

Hong Kong had two champions in James Won and Shun Wing Leung who secured wins against two Sri Lankan players.
