Batting first, Sri Lanka scored 267 for 5 in the match held in Windhoek, Namibia.
Captain Wimat Dinsara scored 95.
Ireland were all out for 161 in reply.
Sri Lanka qualified for the semi-finals by winning both matches in the group stage.
