The Schools Relay Carnival conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Athletics Association concluded with Maris Stella College, Negombo and Lyceum International School Wattala winning the overall boys’ and girls’ titles respectively at the Vincent Dias Stadium Badulla on Thursday.
