The 2025 – Dubai T100 Triathlon Event was held in Dubai recently and after an excellent run in the three events, he won the bronze medal in the 30 – 34 years old men’s category. The event consisted of a 750m swim, a 20KM bike ride and a 5KM run, with a total time of 1 hour 15 minutes and 24 seconds. 1222 athletes from over 120 countries participated in this competition, and Indika finished 26th in the men’s category and 30th in the overall event. This event is held annually as an international level competition. This year’s competition was organized by the World Triathlon Association and the Dubai Triathlon Association. Indika Gamage is also scheduled to participate in the IRONMAN70.3 Colombo competition to be held in Sri Lanka in February next year.
